Manufacturing

Dualite is hiring dependable workers to join our manufacturing team immediately. Are you reliable and ready to be here every day? Great! We accept entry level candidates with little to no experience. We’ll train you!

Manufacturing Unit

What to expect when in our manufacturing unit

Upon hire, you will receive one-on-one training to learn the sign trade. No experience necessary, we will place you in a department to teach you new skills and learn from the best.

Our permanent manufacturing schedule is four 10 hour shifts on Monday through Thursday (6:00am to 4:30pm) to support the dependable work/life balance that our employees receive. There is occasional Friday overtime. Overtime is paid at 1.5x rate and will never be after 4:30pm nor ever on a Saturday or Sunday. We expect you here every day by 6:00am but we also expect you to leave at 4:30pm every day. Get home to your family; afterall, they are the reason you work!

That hard work pays off and your paycheck will be deposited every Friday morning, 52 weeks a year. After 60 days of employment you are eligible for new perks and benefits! You have the option to enroll in: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and voluntary life insurance for you and your dependents. You receive 80 hours of paid holidays a year and begin accruing vacation to use after one year of employment. Dualite offers all employees a (free) company paid life insurance policy as well as contributing to your personal pension plan through the union. Never worked in a Union shop before? About Our Union

As a production associate, your role is a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union. This Union is affiliated with the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers (SMART). SMART is one of North America’s most dynamic and diverse unions with approximately 216,000 members from 700 local unions and councils in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. This organization works hand-in-hand with Dualite to guarantee all members are fairly represented and work together on workplace conditions regarding rules and regulations.

What to expect working in the Dualite office

From Day 1 you will receive classroom style training paired with one-on-one shadowing to learn your role in the signage industry. Office schedule is Monday through Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) to support the dependable work/life balance that our employees receive.

Upon hire you are eligible for 11 paid holidays a year and a week of paid vacation. After 60 days of employment you are eligible for new perks and benefits! You have the option to enroll in: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and voluntary life insurance for you and your dependents. Eligibility for our 401(k) with match comes after one year of employment.

What to expect working on the Dualite team

As a National Full-Service Sign Company, Dualite seeks experienced Signage Sales Manager to grow our business. Experience selling to both Retail and B2B customers is preferred. We provide an industry leading compensation and expense package to successful sales professionals who can meet or exceed the challenge. This positions require up to 40-60% travel.

Hiring Process

At Dualite, we focus on providing an efficient screening and interview process that allows us to hire based on skill set and potential.

The process begins with filling out a little information about yourself. Our team reviews every applicant and considers where you might be a fit. We'll contact you if we're interested in setting up an interview.

If your skill set matches our needs, we will contact you within 10 days of your application. The interview would then be scheduled at our main office within the next week. Interviews are quick and to the point. We are interested in hearing about your past experiences and where you might be a good fit for Dualite. Chosen candidates will be contacted within a week and requested to take a drug screen. After the results are received then we will schedule your first day!
