I have been married for over 20 years to my beautiful wife Tina. Together we have three wonderful boys. I enjoy exercising, spending time with family, and traveling to Europe. In my spare time I can be found golfing or visiting craft breweries. I feel that working for a family owned business has helped me maintain a good work/life balance.

I'm actually new to the sign industry with 3 years of experience, having spent most of my professional life in the nonprofit world at the Executive level. I feel that my executive experience has given me the transferable skills necessary to succeed in any industry. The challenges I have faced in both industries have always been great opportunities for learning, growth, and improvement.
I am passionate about business development and have a strong aptitude for customer service. I always look forward to the challenging and rewarding experience of forming new business partnerships. I enjoy working at Dualite because of its great reputation for being committed to providing top quality signs and services. As Director of Account Services, I supervise and support the Manager of Account Services, the Business Operations Manager, and the outside sales division. I also develop and monitor sales business plans and contracts.
In my 3 years here I've had the opportunity to improve and implement many new changes and upgrades. This has ranged from streamlining new processes in various departments to elevating employees to higher positions.
I ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to boost awareness of the Dualite brand. An accomplishment I am proud of is the collaboration with the sales team to implement a new longboard program that has been used on many recent installations, which has been proven to increase the curb appeal for several of our clients.
